We specialize in Hakata-style ramen. Our Ramen features artisanal noodles, melt-in-your-mouth Chashu, and silky smooth, umami-rich broth made from boiling kurobuta pork bones for 72 hours. We season our ramen with your choice of shio (salt), shoyu (soy), or miso (fermented soybean) paste.
Our menu also offers savory Tori Paitan (Chicken Broth) ramen and a variety of enticing rice bowls, appetizers, and premium beer.

At our Folsom location, Fukumi Chaya x Momo Katsu brings another side of the Fukumi Restaurant Group’s Japanese dining experience to Palladio. The concept expands beyond Fukumi’s ramen roots with a menu built around comforting Japanese flavors and casual dining.
It’s a great stop for lunch or dinner while visiting Palladio, with indoor dining and takeout available daily. The restaurant does not currently take reservations.

Fukumi ramen
In 1986, a small teriyaki shop in Seattle started serving up fire-grilled chicken, smoky beef short ribs, and tofu soaked in soy, garlic, and ginger. That shop was our dad’s—and his take on teriyaki built a loyal following, one plate at a time.
Young’s Teriyaki is our tribute to that era. Inspired by the little shop our dad ran on Rainier, we’ve brought his original recipes back to life. Every dish on our menu is a nod to the classics: fire-grilled chicken glazed in scratch-made sauce, smoky short ribs, spicy tofu, and more.
