Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. You can report the issue using our [contact form]. Once we receive your request, we will assist you in processing a refund for the damaged item (exclusions may apply).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. If you prefer to keep the damaged item, we may offer a partial refund as compensation.

We are pleased to offer shipping to any location within the United States. All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Local Pickup: If you're located near one of our restaurants, you can choose to pick up your order in person. Simply select the Local Pickup option at checkout, and we’ll have your order ready for you to collect at your convenience.

If you choose local pickup, you'll receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up. Please bring your order confirmation with you to the restaurant for pickup.
