Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. You can report the issue using our [contact form]. Once we receive your request, we will assist you in processing a refund for the damaged item (exclusions may apply).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. If you prefer to keep the damaged item, we may offer a partial refund as compensation.
